Can't exactly say I'm too fond of these cunts. Not sure why exactly they're here, but I'd think it has to do with some meaningless ideological rhetoric revolving around being liberated, or some dumb bullshit along those lines, or it could just be for the money... Either way, doubt they'll end up causing too much trouble, they're too small of a group to get away with anything of that sort, but it probably wouldn't hurt to keep a respectable distance. Fitting to their name, they are a bit of a nuisance. Regardless, the "Hooligans", as I've heard them call themselves in a weird self-respecting way, are a group of around four to six Western Europeans, I say Europeans in the general sense, but in reality most of them just seem to be French. Thinking about it, their presence in the Zone is nothing short of odd, but I tend to not try to think about the various reasons that those have in their attempts to venture into this place. They all seem to be relatively well acquainted with each other, despite their relatively short time in the Zone so far, more than likely having been acquainted with everyone prior to entering. Have no clue where they've decided to establish their colonial-lair, though I'd suspect that it wouldn't be all too far from that one loner settlement, as that's where I usually see them. Unlike many of the various disjointed Bandit groups strewn throughout the Zone, these guys seem to be on relatively neutral terms with the Loners and various contractors that inhabit the area, acting more as a general irritant rather than an outright hostile group, hence the name. In closing, the frogs have finally made it to hell, and yes, it seems that, living up to the stereotype, most of them smoke.
